Parents Test???

Do you think there should be a test for people that they have to pass before they can have children? I have heard a lot of people say latly that they think there should be a test so that unfit people don't have children! I was wondering what you think?

I not only disagree with something like that, but I also don't feel that this would help with all the problems we have with unfit parents out there.
Anyone can pass a test. It's common sense.
So my answer to this is... No, I don't agree. I don't feel it would help with anything. I don't see how it could. So it would be pointless.
I highly doubt this will ever happen.
