today I review the paypal page and found me with the surprise that now offers the service for my country. Now i have the chance to use use good PTC like ADBUX!!! :D

BTW what country you live in..? in my country the availability the service of paypal was not more than 1 years and also the service is limit to send money and the service for the recieving money the paypal still hold it, what about the regulation of paypal when your country within the country list of registration form
