born with kindness or born with evil?

In China, there is a kind of saying " when one born,he is a good one " .
when a child born, do you think he is good or bad?
or all due to the later education?I don't think a person can be a good one or bad one when he born, he can be good or bad due to the condition he live and what he learn to do .
do you think so?
or what's your opinions?

I have to agree with you sallyxu126. I think any child born of a normal, healthy environment is going to be a relatively good child. I think they all start off with the same chance as each other, and it is just what they see and are taught that will influence how they grow up. Some kids are sadly disadvantaged before they even have a chance.

I think all children are good when they were born. It's just that there are a lot of factors that affects the character of these children when they grow up, such as the parents characters being inherited or how the child was raised by his/her parents in the first place, the other people around him, the things that the child always see.. to point a few.
