Please share your favorite lyrics and why do you like them so much

When I was younger I used to collect lyrics I found beautiful. I'm thinking about starting collecting them anew (since my file back then is unfortunately long lost). So please give me a hand and share with me your most favorite lyrics and if it's possible also share what is it about them that you like so much. I don't need the full lyrics, only two or three lines that you actually find meaningful.

I adore lyrics and have kept little song lyric notebooks over the years often writing some of my favourite lines from a song and then drawing images that the song makes me think of.
Garbage - The Trick Is To Keep Breathing is a heart puller for me and has got me through a few rough times over the years. The start of the song is exactly me in real life...
She's not the kind of girl
Who likes to tell the world
About the way she feels about herself...
Kelly Clarkson's Because of You is another one that I relate to largely and adore the lyrics too.
I generally find myself interested in song lyrics that I can relate too or that inspire me in some way.

I don't know the Garbage song you mentioned but I'm going to look it up :)
I find the idea of keeping song lyric notebooks where you also draw images so interesting I kinda regretting I did not think about it myself :) (not that I can draw very well :P )

I also can't draw in the slightest. Actually I'm not very creative at all, sadly. It's generally just pretty basic images that I end up drawing or basic symbols. I don't actually go around showing others the book, so I figure as long as I know 10 years down the track what I was getting too or what idea or thought I was trying to portray that is the main thing really. :)

2 show songs from my childhood seem to have made a big influence on my life.
From Peter Pan:
"I won't grow up, I don't want to even try..." They are using this tune with an Advantage commercial now with fleas!
The other is from South Pacific:
"I'm going to wash that man right outta my hair,
and send him on his way."
