Sometimes we face this question, our favorite food not health and the food we do not like at all is good for our body, then which will you chose?Oh it makes me worry a lot.How about you?In fact there are so many choices in our life,most of these do not like the choice of food.Sometimes we can not alter when have taken a choose.It maybe chang you life, and no matter bad or good you can not complain it since that was your choice.

if i dont like a food i dont eat it even if it is good for me but i do occasionally eat foods that are bad for me. when i get cucumber on my plate i put it on my eyes so it doesnt go to waste:) and maybe i shouldnt but yes i can complain after even if my choice was a bad one and i definatly do :)

if the food is not good for my health i'll eat as less as i can, if i don't like the food , no matter it'll do my health good or not i won't eat it at all. just as you say there are so many choices in our life, so i just choice those food which i like to eat and aslo good for my health!

There is wonderful delicious food out there. And most of them do good to your health, do not exagerate and it will be okay. There is people that does not like cucumber or brocolis or spinach but there are plenty of vegetables out there and plenty of ways of doing it. There are people that doesn't like bacon, so you sliced in a salad or sauce or lasagna and they eat, no problem. Personally, I have a very bad impression of soy and its derivates so I don't eat. Maybe I did and never knew. Chocolate is healthy not a box of it, bread and butter is healthy. The thing is do not exagerate. A hamburger can be healthy if eaten in proper dimensions. The extra large double with cheese does not fall in that category. Even the healthiest food like yogurt can give you problems if eaten too much.
