Have you encountered things like that?

I have an "paid2clickonline" acount and had been doing well with it these few days. But when I opened the website today only to find that "This acount has been suspended", and was adviced to "contact the billing/support department as soon as possible". How come it turns out like that. Why should my acount be suspended and where should I find the billing/support department? Should any friends have some ideas about it, please hightlight me on that. Thanks.
