do you know what is meaning hacker ?

A "Hacker" is someone who can get into another person's computer and take information, change the information, delete files. Sometimes they access company or goverment computers, which could cause damage to people's lives and yes, it is illegal and in some countries that I know of Hackers caught go to jail... This is what I understand a "Hacker" is.
