What do you like and dislike about Get Paid to Sites

For all of the people that like and use the Get Paid to Join/Survey/Shop sites, I'd like to find out what you like most about some of these sites (aside from making money). In terms of functionality etc.
If you were able to create your dream site, what would it look like, what would it offer, and what features would make it above the rest and persuade you to use it over the others.
What do you not like about current get paid to websites? What are they doing wrong.
Finally, what is your favorite site?

i like the thing that....we can earn money even in our leisure time, they require no hard work and dedication. that's easy money and it may help many people. my favourite site is mylot an i am looking forward to make a good deal with this one.
the bad thing is that they develop many lazy bones around the world.
