I took my daughter to play tennis yesterday. I have played tennis every since my 16 year old son was about five. I took him several times a week and now I am taking my lil girl. They love it. It keeps me in shape and I love it too. What sports do you play or would like to play?

I do a lot of sports really. I am an athletic type of guy really. I play basketball, volleyball, bowling, soft and baseball, swimming and the list goes on and on. But since it is summer time, I enjoy playing summer sports that are near the beaches. So it is swimming and beach volleyball. I am not very good as the one you see on TV, but with the height and jumping ability i have, i think i am pretty good. I am more inclined to basketball though. I love this game. I have been playing basketball since 1991. I must have been 7 years old at that time. It was primarily because of Michael Jordan and the Bulls, who won their first NBA Championship that very year. But when i am not playing any games on or off the beach, i go to the gym, working out a little just to keep me in shape and attract some female eyes on me. he he he.

badminton is it for me. . . but we enrolled our 3 year old son in swimming class. . .he's really enjoying it. . .he has gotten darker even. . . he's not afraid of the water unlike some other bigger and older kids who even cry... but he does easily get cold though...

My daughter loves the water too just like she can swim. We went to the indoor water park and some how she eased over to the deep end. It appeared she was swimming. She was not scared at all. I was freaking. My husband got her..

If i were to play sports it would have to be basketball or softball. my two favorites. i use to coach a all male softball team for three years and we were champs all three years!! i loved it. and my father turned me into a baseketball nut when i was 15, and i have been hooked ever since. i will admit i have not watched in the past two years, but i am still a fan. so if i did play sports those would be my two

I do mountain biking and I guess that qualifies as a summer sports. Well, in fact here in the Philippines you can practice any summer sports the whole year round, except perhaps during some days when it rains. Just this morning, I went up to a mountain in the eastern part of the capital and I really enjoyed it. We started going up at about 6:30 in the morning and was up in the summit at about 9 am. There were sections where the road has practically disappeared due to erosion and we had to carry our bikes on our backs. The early sun was forgiving though because on the uphill ride, the sun was hidden behind the mountains but going downhill, the sun was on our side so it was really hot. I drank all the water I brought and I was really dehydrated when we arrived at the foot of the mountain. It was really a punishing ride but it was worth the thrill and the rush.
