what ur favorite plataform?
i like ps2 for graphicals, but pc for gameplay

I think both have their own advantages. I've been playing games on both PS2 and PC and i can say there is not real big difference in graphics. But surely the gameplay is a bit different, like in GTA San Andreas for PS2 we get hitman level with the weapons that allows to target the head straightaway but that doesn't happen in PC gameplay, even if you have hitman level you will have to manually target all the time. So i'd say both PS2 and PC stand tall in their own rights.

but u can configure on pc to use automatic aim
i used it to play online :p
and advantage on PC too is the addons
u can change cars, change map, play online and + ^^

But we don't have to configure anything on PS2 to get automatic aim. So thats where gameplay is a bit different, we can make quite a few adjustments in PC gameplay.
Add-ons are surely better for PC. There are add-ons for PS2 as well but PC add-ond let us alter the game much more than PS2.
