Well, I frankly admit that sometimes I miss the above but most of the times I do read the information or instructions at different place like some public place or some place being visited first time. I feel good as it makes me familiar with prevailing norms of certain place as well as update my knowledge too. How about you people? Do you read the informations or instructions at places like that, in order to comply with or update yourself? Is it good to see?

Yeah, I like to play by the rules, so I'll read any posted signs. Like places where dogs are welcome and places they are not, trails you can hike, trails that are for bikes only and trails that are for horses... it's good to know where you are welcome adn where you aren't before you venture off. And I do a lot of camping, and it's good to know when you can and can not build a fire, due to weather conditions and risk of forest fires. So yeah. I read the signs!

Yeah, I'm very fun of reading instructions, signs,or even billboards, especially when I'm not very familiar about the place I visited. But here in my country I really have to admit the there are very seldom instructions, or sign in some public places and specially for some street sign, thats why I'm ended up from asking questions to others.

At all public places I read their rules, regualtions, guidelines etc. There are some places where a camera can't be used for example. That's just one example of something I like to know in advance in a public place. Now let me buy some elctronic toy or anything else with instructions and I'm Mr Toolman. I can do it without the instruction book. Yeah right. It takes me foerever before I will lower myself to finally look at & follow the instructions with the item. Usually after putting it together then taking it apart a few times that is. Hahaha! HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Yes, one must observe and being the responsible citizen it is always good to observe the limitations of a place and I believe that you are the "responsible" as well as the "respectable" Grandpa! Thanks for your kind response too.

Most of the times i read the istructions and sometimes if am in really hurry i skip to note the information. But one should always read the notice pasted in ATM centres where some very important do's and dont's are published by the bank authorities. Also in railway stations & in bus stops ,where some pictures of accust who involve in pick pockets are notified to public to be aware of their belongings.

I try to set a good example for my children so we always take the time to read signs posted before we do anything. Its very important to obey the rules at all times. We just got home from visiting the Cumberland Falls in Kentucky. I must say they are gorgeous. There was a couple of people who went into a restricted area. The gilr happened to fall into the water and got swept up. They were able to catch her before before anything really bad happened to her but if she had just followed the rules it could have been avoided.

I love to read the signs posted at the zoo or museums that we frequent...it is informative and interesting....I also use the wall plaque in buildings like the courthouse or office buildings to help me know which office or floor to go to. These instructions/informations are beneficial and I personally appreciate that they have gone to the trouble of making that information so easily available. Good topic, my friend.

I have found that it is good to read instructions or information at different public places. That way it saves me time and maybe prevents me from getting into trouble.

Hi, Yes I often read the information on posters at different public places, that I have visited and especially when we went to live in the country side it was very informative and helped me to understand where everthing was and what they had to offer. It is wonderful to see and read.

As much as I can I try to read information and instructions wherever I am. But of course I honestly can say that I sometimes read it in passing and understand only about half of it. But at least I get to know some useless information at times.. hahaha.. like in a new building I visit for the first time, I read when it was and who inagurated it. I also realize that a person was a board member of that company or stuff like that... But if it is information that is important I try to digest it and absorb most of the information available for me.

Ya, i do read but not the whole. I read important lines just to know the procedure and skip over the other things. Even here in myLot, till today, i dint read the FAQ's and guidelines. I really feel bored to read those. Anyway i know that we have to read it and i am trying to read few ;P

I do believe that while visiting a place like a park, a museum or some historic place one must always read the postings over there. These are good & informative and also useful in making the trip a good one. I try my best to see sort of material or seek some guidance from the concerned authority or contact person.
