How will you treat a housemaid who is lazy?

I would have a serious discussion with her telling her about my expectations and bout how she doesn't meet them And if a week after I notice no improvement, well, I would tell her to find another job :( If she is lazy maybe housemaid is not the right job for her

A housemaid who is lazy is as good as no house maid at all. It only contribute more problems. The best way is to hire a new one.

I would say either get your butt in gear if you want to be paid or else how would you like to work for me for nothing? I bet she would get over her laziness immendiately. not wanting to work for nothing.
