Nutri System - Does it work or not ?

I have used nutrisystem and it works. I think that it is the best way to go. Also if you exercise, you lose more but it is hard sometimes to get to the gym especially if You have kids. You still lose pounds even if you don't exercise. Jenny Craig is good but too expensive for me.

I think nutrisystem is probably a very good program. It seems well balanced and easy to follow. My one and only probelm with it is cost. It is about $10 a day for one person which is $300 a month. I can do all groceries for a household of three for that amount. If I got my butt in gear, I could also prepare healthier meals and probably be just as successful. Great Topic and welcome to mylot !
