I will be writing one this weekend. In ontario, these hydro providers come around and knock on the door and say they are going to lock you in at a lower rate than you are paying on your hydro bill now. I signed over. I was on a budget plan and continued paying the budget amount. I really didn't look at my bills (my mistake). The guy who sign me up didn't tell me that you couldn't stay on the budget plan. So I have been paying the budget plan amount and my bills are alot higher. So now I am behind. I am going to pay what I am behind but I want to cancel my account. They said they are going to charge me a fee. I said I will go to the better business bureau if they do because they didn't inform me that I couldn't stay on the budget plan. I asked for someone to return my call. That was 2 days ago. So my letter will be in the mail on Monday. 5 hours is along time but with the way customer service is today, I can believe it.

I've written, phoned, emailed you name it I have done it. Have you ever heard of Planetfeedback? It's a site that lets you use their forms to fill out a complaint and email the company with. It's also a great place to check out to see if others have had complaints. Believe me I have used it to help with some. It can make a difference when someone else backs you in the complaint.

Yes, I emailed Pizza Hut once after going to dinner there and being told that they had no dressing for caesar salad and no ice cream. I think there was a third thing had run out of. I thought it was stupid for a restaurant to run out of these types of products. Little things like this they should run over to the grocery store and get some, not wait for their next delivery. Pizza Hut sent me a gift certificate for a full dinner (more than we would ever order or eat). I'm supposed to write another head office of a restaurant to complain about the size of the piece of chicken I received but I have never gotten around to it. I should do it though because I like going to that restaurant. I sent half a box of tampons back to a company complaining that they, well, didn't work. They sent me $20 worth of coupons for any of their company's products. Talk about a bonus! I used to work in the office of a major convenience store chain. We welcomed complaints in the office and always followed up with a letter and coupons.

Yes, & I am in the process of doing one now. My daughter does competitive swimming. She needs special chlorine resistant training bathers, which I can only get from interstate. I ordered a pair from a company, the recommended size compared to other girls in her club. They tyok 3 weeks to arrive. They are way too small. In fact, I would go as far as to stay that they out the wring size on them. I rang & omplained & didn't get anywhere, so now I am writing a letter. They cost $50.00.
