When it's about to rain during rainy season, there are many dragonflies flying quite high and they are very beautiful to look at diving down sometimes. I love looking at them. Do you observe dragonflies flying at some height?

I love to watch the different colored dragonflies. They are very mesmerizing. I have spent much of my childhoo in San Pablo City, Philippines. Almost on a daily basis when my brothers, other neighborhood kids, and I ran through grassy fields, we see dragonflies. Sometimes we catch them, but oftentimes we leave them alone. They are such beauty to behold ...I am lucky to see one or two dragonflies here in So. San Francisco...hopefully next summer I will get to see some more.

I don't see dragonflies from where i live since I am in the heart of city. But I still remember seeing them in the province and I loved looking at them. It conjures up myths and legends in my mind as I sit outside with my friends. Dragonflies reminds of a world far from the hussle and bussle of the city and where in is simplier.

I personally do not see Dragonflies most of the time where I live, but I have seen quite a few over time. The nice thing is that they are all different looking like a lot of different creatures, but quite interesting to look at.

Dragonfly - A dragonfly on a leaf.
Yes, when I was a child, when I was in our province, we watched the dragonflies especially at dusk flying quite high perhaps trying to catch some insects for food. At daytime, we used to catch by the tail, holding our breath and seemingly not showing to the dragonfly holping that it would not see us lol! It's so funny really.
