Hi my fellow mylotters, its summer here in my country and most of us loves a COLD SWEET DESSERT. A lot of my friends do this at home maybe you could try it too with your kids. Its simple and its nice and easy to make. ICE CREAM CAKE: All you need are different flavored ice cream. I have vanilla (white), strawberry (red), Mango (yellow), chocolate (brown), pistachios (green), melon (orange), and if you have bubblegum for (blue) mostly this is available in Dip n Dots (blue one, have some dar chocolate kisses (mini) and also the latest Kissables candy coated or M&M is great too) and of course we need graham crackers. Pls use containers that can be placed in the freezer. container. First: Lay some graham cracker at the base. Then scoop some Chocolate ice cream (brown) about 1 inche high press it down firmly, it nice to have it compresed. Second: Sprikle some dark mini kisses on the sides for them to appear like stones. Third: Lay again some graham crackers on top. Then scoop some Pistachion ice cream same 1 inche high press it down firmly. Fourth the graham crackers again. Then Scoop some Melon ice cream. Fifth: Lay some graham crackers again. Then Strawberry ice cream 1 inch high press it down firmly. Sixth: Lay some graham crackers again. then Mango ice cream 1 inch high press it down firmly. Seventh: Sprinkle the half of the kissables on top before laying another graham crackers Eigth: Then scoop the VANILLA ice cream 1 inch high pres it down firmly and then sprinkle the half of the kissables left. Ninth: Finally sprinkle generously the Blue dip n dots ice cream on top... FREEZE to maximum for it to harden. then serve. You can make it with different ice cream flavor. It can be your favorites. I make mine as colorful as possible. Hope you like it.
