Have you ever had a dream come true?

I had a dream so vivid of a house on fire. I even woke up smelling smoke. I asked my husband at the time if he smelled smoke and he said no. I told him that a house is burning right now and I looked at the clock. The next day on the news, they reported that a house burned completely to the ground about 10 miles from my house. It happened around the same time that I looked at the clock the previous night. It was too far away to have smelled the smoke. Coincidence?

I have been waiting for a chance for a discussion like this. I usually dream of a elephant chasing me.I am not scared because being an Hindu I always thought Ganesh the elephant God is with me. Last week I went for a summer vacation to Kothagiri a hill country. We passed through a wild sanctuary to Mysore and were returning. It was pitch dark.As we were through the sanctuary we were lucky to see a lone full grown tusker by the road.It occurred to me after sometime that the elephant in my dreams have some alive.I thought it is a pure coincidence and was telling myself if Ganesh wants to appear let him appear in the left side of the car.Just after two minutes I saw a mammoth full grown tusker standing swaying in the dark alone. We stopped the car had a great dharshan and moved away. Can you explain that?

I'm believe that you got some kind of gift. You were concentrating to "see" her weren't you? That is useful. I wonder if you ever tried "seeing" who you'll end up marrying?

Maybe sometimes we want something to happen so badly that we manifest it through our dreams. It's very interesting that you dream of an elephant. My ex cheated on me once and I wanted to know who she was so badly that I saw her in a dream. One morning, I told him that I know what she looks like and I described the girl in my dream and told him that her name was Maggie or something similar to that. He nearly dropped his coffee because I had described her perfectly. He said her name wasn't Maggie, but that was close to her real name, which he never told me.

Dear Leesa.I am teaching my daughter painting. This morning I got up from my bed visualizing a setting sun,a bog sun and a tree without leaves as a black skeleton. This evening I just saw the tree in sunset background in the tv.This has been happening quite often. My wife always say what i foresee is always right.I don't know. So I absultely believe that you could have dream t of that woman.

It could have been a premonition, but you dreamed that it was your own house on fire, and it seemed very real to you if I've understood this right. So, I would think that the other house burning down was possibly a coincidence, like you say. On the other hand, a dream about a house on fire, indicates that you need to undergo some transformation. If you have recurring dreams of your family house on fire, then it suggests that you are still not ready for the change or that you are fighting against the change. Alternatively, it highlights passion and the love of those around you. So, maybe it was something between these two... I'm presuming that the dream wasn't recurrent... it was a one-off by the sounds of it. I hope this helps you to understand a little better. Maybe you need to undergo some transformation but you're fighting against the change. If not, it can only be for the latter reason. Brightest Blessings and Sweet Dreams.

Well it wasn't my house on fire. I didn't even own a house. I clearly saw the house too. It was a tall white house, looked like an old farmhouse with a front porch. There were flames shooting out all the windows. And yes, it was a one time occurrance.

Hello...I think as you were dreaming of burning house and as you were in the same mood thats why you got the smell like as you were thinking of that you were supposed to be smelled...thats why your husband didn't get the smell and its you who smelled it...and burning of the house is mere coincidence...as dreams are just that what we think oftenly sets in our subconscious mind which results as dreams... Mine dreams never ever came true... and I think never any dream can come true...

Not all people's dreams come true. Some people are just more sensitive to these things than others. These people are in the minority.

I don't believe so. I once dreamed of armageddon with real scenes of terrible destruction that felt so real. Glad it didn't pass. Or am I glad? Lol :P

Has there been other times that you've dreamt something and it happened? I got it once or twice but my sister has more. My mom's side is more sensitive to these things. I had my cousin's son telling his grandma that his uncle is bleeding and has broken bones. Him and his grandma were returning home from a day trip. They didn't get a call or anything ok? Well when they got home, there he was sitting in their living room with a broken arm and cuts. He had been in an accident earlier.

Yes. I have alot of my dreams come true... But most of them are only bad dreams, and I do not know why... Most of the good ones never seem to come true, but the bad ones do... It is kind of funny in A way. Because I have learned from experience, if I have A real bad dream, and it is in color, and I hear, and remember everyhting that was going on in that dream that it is going to come true, not sure when, but it will. And I always try to warn the people I know, especially the people in it. They never seem to believe me or just call me crazy.... And then they are kind of amazed when it happens...

I if I have to be honest with you, I haven't have a dream come true yet, but am still growing and improving. If I happen to get admission into the university and start my career pursuit, then I will have a dream come true. Thanks and have a nice day.

Sadly, I don't have a dream that came true. Like I dreamt that I would be top 4 in the grade level but I was actually top 3 and all the other dreams I have were not really proven true in real life.

So far I got three to four dreams which is related to reality. The recent one was when I'm about to take my first GED exam. I got a dream the night that we got lost, it was almost twilight, we came across a mountain side and someone told us the right way to get back on the right road. And that day, we got lost, my exam was in the afternoon and its almost dark when we left on the testing site, we got lost and it was on a mountaneous town. Mom pulled over on a small shop and a lady told us what right way to take.

Always my dreams will come true. If i get a bad dream means i will be very much afraid since nothing can be done to stop that.I feel restless because of this.
