How to be an effective Leader?How is an effective Leader to you?

the greatest leader whom i have read and known is the guy called JESUS CHRIST because he knows how to do it well.he is a very good follower himself ,he is the CEO and his father is the president.now, he got 12 managers and taught them what he knew,what his father taught him.and gave them responsibilities to sell his product called "love" to people who does not have it yet.as a leader, he should know how to delegate his work to his staff and this is called leverage.the same system used by networkers in multilevel marketing but the only difference with christ's product and the others is it's truthfulness and immortality.he has poised ,he knows how to handle pressure and takes responsibility not only for his action but his teams activity.he has regular meetings with his managers,socialize with them,drink and party with them.develops them to be a better manager so that even if he is away the company can run by itself and the company can automatically train new managers of the modern times.
