Why Paypal Team fears to allow account opening in many countries?

Paypal Admin. do not allow its account to opening in many countries, whereas e-gold allowing for those countries where paypal do not allow, what is fear factor of paypal admin in those countries? If anyone open account with paypal they will earn from them and account holder can earn from paypal account holder because for want of paypal account many users cannot sign up many sites.

I do wonder the same that you are wondering about paypal .. really don't understand their tactics .. but if they activate their service for all countries then it will be really good and all countries will be able to prosper for sure. Don't know when can we see good results from Paypal in our country???

You are right it is really wrong and unfair for other countries. But, maybe in the near future, those countries will be able to have Paypal accounts.
