listerine or oral B -- which mouthwash do you use (if at all)?

I've been wondering which mouthwash is better. I'm currently use listerine (green), but it leaves quite a nasty stinging sensation on my tongue after use. The bottle doesn't indicate how much should be used in each session, only that it should be taken 'full strength', i.e. undiluted. I read somewhere else that only 4 teaspoons should be used at one time. I've been doing that, but the stinging of my tongue still happens. Is Oral B better? I recall having used it before but can't remember whether it's as stinging. Do you have a favourite flavour of mouthwash? Recently listerine came up with an orange flavoured mouthwash but after trying it I still prefer the flavours that make your mouth feel cool and fresh.

I dun use. Cause I believe it will cause a certain damage to your tongue and reduce its sensitively.
