With the deepening of reform and opening-up of our country, many people dream of going abroad for future study.they insist that the modern research facilities, world famous professors and excellent environment in those foreign colleges and universities can help lay a perfect foundation for their future development. However, there are still many people who favor studying at home.they argue that studying abroad is too expensive and therefore doesn't pay.they also point out that there are no language and cultural barries if they study in our country. So,my dear friends, what's your opinion ?

Conditions for this kind of choice are very complex as it involves so many elements to make the alternative of type of education. If you don't want to endure the experince of the entrance examination and can afford to study abroad, then go. As for the culture shock and barries, I don't think it's a very tough obstacle as you may have such kind of thing even within one's own country if a southerner goes to study somewhere in the North and vice versa. Young people would not have much difficulty to overcome them. Every knife has two edges, one can not just see the advantages of a thing and ignore its disadvantages or the other way round.

Just as the old saying goes,"every advantage has its disadvantage."Both opinions are acceptable in some sense. If students have the chance and financial resources, they should seize the opportunity to go abroad and broaden their eyes.On the other hand,if condition don't permit, they can pursue their study in top uniersities at home. What counts is not the place where they study, but what they can learn.

I think that studying abroad could be an investment: you can loan money to go abroad if you are sure to earn enough to repay it when you will get a job

It all depends on the individual my friend. I like to travel and it has opened my eyes to different cultures and peoples and I have made friends everywhere but one can study a Batchelor's degree in their home country and then maybe if they feel like broadening their horizons, they can go for Master's o post graduate degree in a different country to gain knowledge and see how others utilize their resources, tackle problems , socially intereact etc.
