Will you take a second course?

I have already graduated and has a BA in Advertising Arts which I might say I passed with flying colors, I graduated CumLaude. But now, I want to relocate, maybe to the US, where the opportunity for growth is better. And I am confused as to whether or not I should take a second course that is in demand in the US. Like maybe an IT or nursing course. I am rethinking my future and I think a better life and a better way of living is what the US can offer. Would you take a second course, or a course that demands more workers to be able to relocate? Any tips or advice? Cause I am in this crossroad that I am currently stucked in.
