Have any of you ever gone through Past Life Regression Therapy?
Past Life Regression is considered by some to be a healing experience performed under hypnosis.
Have you ever been hypnotized or have you ever considered past life regression? Do you think recalling past lives is real or are past life memories false memories?

i have heard of this, but not very interested in what has already happen. the here and now is what i want to focus on. and plan out for tomorrow. but if this works for some and they think that digging up the past is going to make their future brighter i say go for it. i know my past, and i am moving on to my bright shinny future
