Sims 2: The Game Your Neighbors Can Unwittingly Play!

So I decided to make a household in the Sims 2 based off of my neighbors, a redneck group of angry, violent, abusive sociopaths with more dysfunction than the Simpsons, but not as much as the Osbournes. Almost as much as the Sopranos, maybe. So anyways, I made them a rectangular, trailer-like house, because I imagine that's what the interior of their real-life rectangular, trailer-like house might look like. "Hey, we gots a ghee-roj!" Of course, maybe it's unfair to say they're strictly hillbillies, because the wife-beating child-abusing father has a distinct New York accent, as anyone within a three mile radius of him when he's screaming at his kids can tell. Admittedly I should reedit the family's faces so that the wife looks more beat-up and daytime-hooker-like like in real life. Each kid is named after a different type of car, like Porsche or Corvetter or Ford or Honda or Yugo. Anyways, within the first week huge piles of trash obscured traffic and cockroaches menaced the ever-pregnant mother. The daughter, a career-cashier, had to be fired from my other Sim family's job, because she would always get into fights with this other female teenaged coworker. Now that Sims Pets has been out for several months now, I ought to get started on their animal-abusing activities. So what kinds of dysfunctional families have you made in the Sims 2?

It needs some kind of edge. After all, real life is incredibly boring and gets to be a mundane drag--fast. At least The Sims is only a game, which is why it works so well as it does. What they need is expansion packs for real life, cause I can only read so many interesting books and watch so many classic innovative TV shows and meet so many people that just end up being so much the same anyway.

OMG this is the funniest thing I have read all week. I love the Sims and I really love the Sims 2. I'm actually about to go get a new copy because my old one got jacked by one of my friends who loved playing it as much as I did. I make my people based of me and my family so its really fun. I think I might make a few of them after my friends because they are more intresting to play around with.

Thats a really funny idea. But I can't do that. My neighbors are very boring. I live in the country. I do have sims families of my family and friends but they are kind of boring too. I do have this one neighborhood where there is only three families to start with. I plan on each family having lots of babies and then they grow up and have kids of their own. I'm sure I will screw up and have cousins getting married accidentally.

I remember a while back posting something like this on a Sims forum. The Sims people are too funny in the game. My fav. is when they look up at the screen and complain when you direct them to do something. They act like kids. Too cute!
