Have you ever done a random act of kindness such as putting a quarter in someones parking meter because the time ran out on them? Helped someone in need of assistance on the street? Or have you had a random act of kindness bestowed upon you? Tell me about it.

Our church usually has a Random Acts of Kindness Month. It is so fun. But usually I like to find little ways to surprise people. For instance, when I'm paying the toll on the turnpike, I'll pay for the car behind me. They usually try to catch up and get beside me and mouth the words "thank you." Also, I was in Walgreens one time and an elderly man was behind me with some nuts and fiber nutrients. I kindly insisted that he let me pay for it. I went back to that Walgreens a few weeks later and the cashier told me that man still mentions it. It is so fun to be a blessing.
And I've had it done for me. Going to lunch and having someone prepay it do I can't pay it myself, or slipping a gas card in my purse so I won't have to worry about paying for gas - it's a win win situation when you practice random acts of kindness.
