How old do you feel?

I just had another birthday recently. I'm just not ready to head towards the number I'm heading towards. I still feel like I'm somewhere around 27. Sure my body isn't that young anymore, but in my mind I'm not that old yet. I'm not ready to be old enough to be a grandma.
How old do you feel? Do you feel you are your actual age or younger, or maybe even older?

I don't agree with you statement: "sure my body isn't that young anymore".Your body is still young....I think that aging process starts at 65 (you can see people suddenly looking old)....that is why people retire...
I am a "baby" in adult body...ha, ha...just kidding...
I always feel young....in my mind I was just born yesterday...to much to do...I feel like I am just in the beginning....and I don't want to think about numbers...I am young...:)))

what a great attitude!
I can feel my body isn't what it used to be. It wasn't too long ago I could still do cartwheels, I was able to jump over a fence, now not so much. And after 2 very large kids, my bladder isn't what it used to be, I have roids and other little stuff. Definitely not a spring chicken anymore.
But I guess if you live life to the fullest, then you're always young at heart

I read that aging process starts in your twenties, such as your skin losing elasticity and bone density etc. We don't really feel it until we are much older. And I'm sure gens have something to do with it too.
