over the past year or so (since getting my own computer) i have found that i am spending more and more time sat in front of the computer!! its un healthy!! i wake up and the first thing i do is switch it on, check my emails, read the news, check out a few regular sites etc.!! its crazy!! And i think due to me spending time in front of the computer i am losing interest in going out!! am i the only person like this?? do you also have this problem?? is it a recognised condition! lol!? and finally help me!! what can i do to get away from this evil computer lol!
