"Why should we hire you?"

"becaseu i can do the job". anything else the interviewer hears probably will cause him to yawn because he has heard a million and one canned replies.

Because I treat my job as my own business. Every decision that I make and things that I do, is being done with the bottomline in mind. I am the type of employee also that is far from mediocre even if the task is new to me. Once you hire me, I make it a point that I know everything there is to know and much more. I am value-added. There is nothing I can't do given time. If I am your employee, you can sleep well at night and never worry that in your absence things won't be taken cared of. My track record also speaks for itself. I increased the sales by 75% on the first year and 180% on the second year in my previous job. I had the people trained, systems improved, costs saved, customers happy and sales increased. I stay on top of things and I will deliver your expectations.

A company should hire me because I am a very hard worker and am very loyal to the company that I work for. I will also come in early and stay late to make sure each project or assignment gets done and done well. I am a team player and work well with others as well as being able to work alone. I enjoy working very much.

I would probaly say...hire me first do that you will know why. That was my actual answer during a panel interview...it was also the final interview...and I got the job...but it was a low key job and pay was not really that high so eventually...I resigned to find a better paying job. Way back when I am totally desperate for money...I have poor parent that could not provic\de financial support so I was really under pressure...and I live in a poor country so life in here really is at its worst.

My edge could be that I learn fast with less supervision. I am also committed to my work and is willing to "go the extra mile" My qualifications are.....my work experiences are....I am adaptable to people and to new situations. I can relate well with clients, can understand their needs, and can live up to their expectations....I guess these are the kind of answers employers want to hear from the prospective employee...

Because you need me. If you wanted your company to be the best then you should hire the best person in the job and thats me :)

I hate interviews and I am sure I am not alone in this. I would say something like I would be a great asset to the company, that I work well in a team as well as on my own. That I am loyal and hard working, a fast learner with lots of experience that would benefit the company.

As I can earn much more for your company, even more than you expected:)

You should hire me because you will never regret in your whole life. ;)
