Is ther any way to search for a mobile online with the help of the mobile EMI Number Or Mobile Number. If Any one has come across any program please let me know.

when you said EMI, are you referring to IMEI?
if you're simply locating a particular phone, you can use the IMEI to search for it. but only the department of telecommunications and local telcos have such programs. its not available to the public since it isn't really usable to the public.
another option would be the GPS feature(if available) of the mobile phone.
