I don't know if it pays or not, but every [page hides malicious code. I will not use a traffic exchange that allows it, and it is banned at several. When you view the page in a traffic exchange, it tries to install something on your computer. I don't know if the admin is honest or not, but if you wonder if you get paid, and I keep getting attempts to install things, and it's being banned for harboring malicious code, that should tell you the answer.
