how long does it take for you to date again?

after a break-up, how long does it take for you to date again? it took me a while like, a year to get over the breakup. i went on dates after that but it was nothing serious.

I groaned for a while, but i started to date several months after that. Although I feel bad from time to time, but I think I should move on. Life is so short, I do not want to waste my time on a past relationship.

I have not dated since the last person I dated which was a couple of months ago. I have not seen or met anyone that I have been interested in. My last relationship was not a very good one so I do not miss her one bit but am not rushing into another relationship. Before her it had been two years since I last dated anyone. Right now I am taking things slow and not actively looking for someone.

Depends on how we broke up. The last one was after seven years and he wasn't ready to settle down, marry and have a family so I moved on. I think 6-8 months later I found my husband who I have been married to for 6 going on 7years and I am happily married too!
