what do you do before going to bed?

I tend to have my evening meal about 6.30 or 7pm each evening. I would never dream of having dinner and going straight to bed. I have enough weight to lose as it is without ensuring my dinner every night stays on my hips and thighs LOL!
In general I tend to watch a bit of TV and/or read a book before going to sleep, as I go to sleep around 11pm most evenings, I usually brush my teeth and wash my face and apply moisturing cream before I get into bed and then I can happily fall asleep as soon as I'm tired :)

i brush my teeth but you should never eat right before sleep because when you sleep you uses less carbs and when you eat a lot of carbs before going to bed you will eventually gain fat.

It depends on people. I know people who eat very much in the evening and who are very slim no matter that. Of course, it is not right to eat before going to bed because your digestion in the night is not as good as in the day. But when you are hungry it is better to eat than to stay hungry in the night and to eat in the morning. You wouldn't be able to fall asleep.
