So are you passing your classes?

Going to pass them all come finals week? I'm pretty much definitely passing my animal science course and the lab. Ochem lab I should be passing too. Ochem lecture, I'm a bit freaked out about. But I know I still have the chance to pass it, I just need to study more. What about you? If there are classes you think you might not pass, what are you going to do to improve your chances of passing? If there are classes that you now have no chance of passing, will you completely give up and just try again later?

Straight As and yet you still have time to post on MyLot, wow! I'm almost finished with school so I only take one or two classes at a time now. But I'm sure I won't have straight As (well, pretty sure). As of now, I have a 50 something percent in Ochem lecture.

I'm in danger of failing Physics; not because I don't understand it, but I've been absent often enough to miss 5 labs. The teacher doesn't like me in the class and when I ask him about make ups, he just tells me to speak to higher administration. Such a shame, since I actually like physics! I've just been procrastinating about speaking to the higher administration, since they're always busy and require an appointment or aren't in their offices half the time.

Aww, why absent so much? That's one thing with labs, you can't miss them. A lot of our professors are much nicer about make ups though. I'm going to take another physics course in the summer.

I think I did well in all of my classes for this semester. I know I have an A in Principles of Macroeconomics because he posted them before we left, and I know I have an A in General Biology because he posted them online. The Bio grade is a surprise -- I was expecting a B but apparently he has a pretty big grade curve in that class! I think I'm going to get an A in Financial Accounting, because I've done pretty well on all the tests and I got a 104 on the final exam! Which was a HUGE relief because I was really concerned about that exam. And I think I have an A-/B+ in Humanities II, I think it averages to somewhere in between, and hopefully my professor will bump me up to the A- because he's a nice guy :) Which leaves me to believe that Advanced French Grammar and Composition is my only B. Which SUCKS because I'm really good at French, but at my school you have to meet with a small group and a "native speaker" of the language for an hour a week and you get graded on participation... Well my "native speaker" HATES me, because I'm the only freshman and I'm pretty shy. Every time I try to talk he interrupts me and talks over me. It sucks. So even though I haven't gotten below a 90 on any of my tests, my B- in native speaker brings me down to a B+. My French professor even told me that he tried to monkey with the numbers but my 88.9 just won't go to a 90. UGH.

Yes, I'll surely pass my classes and there's no doubt about it. I'm never in the habit of failing as I'm interested in whatever I do ! And good luck for your results. :) Hope you all pass in them. Repeat the classes if you fail in them. Or if you feel like switching subjects, you could possibly do it. Anyways, all the best for your results !!
