is it a special dish only you make, or are you assigned a dish to bring by your family?

Well my side of the family there is nothing requested or asked to bring. I have a small family. Mom, Dad, Brother, then of course my kids and husband. So my mom really enjoys doing it herself. But then on my husbands comes from a large family, about 25 people at one house for the holidays. So everyone normally brings a dish when we get together for the holidays. Normally I am asked to bring Peanut Butter Pie, which is very easy to make so I don't have a problem doing it.

Well, that sounds like a delicious dish...think I'd probably ask you to bring it too! LOL. Hope your mothers' day was good!

They would probably ask me to bring either lasagna or baked macaroni and cheese. They always ask me to bring dessert too.

MMM, I'm glad I'm going to the in-laws hungry :)! I make a yummy tater tot casserole that everyone loves, but my mother in law makes a baked macaroni and cheese that's good. Hope you enjoy your Mothers' Day. (pun intended)
