Today on Cartoon Network they're playing nothing but Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. I'm so excited! I've already had it on for a couple of hours while I was on mylot and doing other things. Those are two of my favorite cartoons, so while I don't really understand that pairing, I'm still happy about it. =) Anyone else get excited about holiday marathons, even if they have nothing to do with the holiday itself. Anyone else watching Cartoon Network right now? Anyone love those two shows?

I have to pay extra to get Cartoon Network on cable here, and still I don't have time to watch much tv anymore, I didn't get it. I still miss my Cow and Chicken reruns :~~~

Awww how sad! I think Cartoon Network is the channel I watch most! If I didn't have that, I probably wouldn't bother having cable at all. =p

Lecanis, My goodness, you are stranger than fiction young one! I am guessing that's why I love you so much! I am not so much into animation, perhaps raising so many little ones and watching it for so many years, and then being pi$$ed at Disney for having all of the mean scenes (did we have to see Bambi's mother die - could it not have been implied?), I much prefer guts, gore, violence, plotting, and twisting on TV. It has irked me since my partner went to day shift for the past 2 years though. During the month of October I have always loved watching the 31 days of Horror and at least 2 horror flicks every night - not caring how many times I've seen each of them before. She doesn't like them, so they are just a ghost of a memory now.~Donna

Yep, that's me, stranger than fiction! Awww, thank you! =) I think I like the cartoons that are more complex... like Grim Adventures of Billy and Mnady, there's plenty of violence, twisting, and plotting going on. Not really actually gore though. =p Aww... that's sad not getting to watch what you want. I'm that way with cartoons something, because my husband gets tired of them after watching with Dusty so much. Me, I think I could watch cartoons all day most of the time. =p

This is considered mother's day fare? Why would anyone think that any mother on the face of the earth would appreciate this kind of cartoon? There are better shows than those to celebrate mother's day!

*giggles* But I'm a mother, and I'm enjoying it! Actually, the little bits between the shows are saying things like "Let your mom stay in her pajamas, and let her have her free time while you're watching this" so I think it's aimed at kids rather than moms. But I'm really enjoying it anyways, since I'm a mom who loves cartoons! I'm sure there are better "Mother's Day" shows on other channels, judyt00.
