Second day at work and a fire alarm!

My 16 year old daughter started her new job yesterday. The store security caught some shop lifters! She was best on the till at selling phone top-ups.
Second day today but no customers all day as they had to shut over a fire hazard! Not too bad for them to leave so she had to stay and tidy etc. but not able to allow customers onto the premises!

She looks forward to going still but especially likes deciding how much of the money she will earn she can spend on clothes! She is going to open a savings account to make sure some of it does not get spent but saved for University.

Must be one of those great stores in a fine neighborhood :). Let's hope her third day will be a nicer experience ^^.

I hope your daughter is still enjoying her job, it certainly sounds like her fist couple of days where eventful. Well done to her as well for being the best on the till at selling phone top-ups, I hope she is on commission for that.

Sounds like it has been a different experience for her with her new job! lol I honestly would be wondering what in the world I got mylself into if it was me. Hopefully things will get better from here on out. :)
