i thought Deng Xiaoping is the most important person,he proposed the reform and open policy,from this time on changed many Chinese's destinies,also changed the Chinese poor appearance.

Fair enough but I think Deng Xiaoping is only a hero in the eyes of the mainland Chinese, and his sacrifices only benefit the chinese.
How about looking wider and bigger - towering giants like Leonardo Da Vince or Siddartha Gautama or even Albert Einstein?
