What is the key qualification for a good job?

Some people study hard and improve their ability continually in order to a good job,but they are allways frustraded while,some others is easy to get a good job even though they know nothing about it ,the most people who i have met said luck is much more important tha capacity,what is your idea?

I don't dany that lucky is important for hunting a job. but how we take advance of such lucky and deal with the job in the future, many problem maybe come up...then, the ability with tell the true.
of cause...I think difference carries have difference situation...

yes is true, i can find many people here study hard, have good record of study and rating include IQ but after graduate nothing or zero to find a job.
more people have not highest school but have inner experience about job, this people very easy to find a job. so the key is no matter how high your school, and your rating if you not have experience so you will lose from competition.
another factor is luck!
