How to get whiter and brighter teeth!

I've used crest white strips after the first use I seen a difference. You can't use them for a long period of time because it will damage your teeth but for a couple of shades brighter I use them about once a month. Yes its $30 a box but its worth it and they last you a while. I know alot of people who use them and its easy and doesn't take but 30 mins of 2 little strips being on your teeth. Hope this helps.

I have tried those crest strips and I would have to say it does really work! but costly. I wonder if we could use something that a little less expensive? Best of luck Stacy

The fine powder of charcoal and rocksalt, used to keep my teeth glittering white. Now there are varieties of whitening tooth pastes available in the market. Colgate and Pepsodant white are the best ones. Flossing also helps to keep the teeth whiter.

I would like to know what products actually work too. My teeth are slightly stained. I don't smoke but I think it is because of the caffeine. I drink a lot of coffee and tea. I tried to prolong brushing at the stained part but it's not working. I also tried using whitening gums but it had no effect whatsoever. In the end, I went to a dentist and had my teeth whitened. Can anyone suggest a product that actually work because I'm afraid of going to the dentist?
