Purolator Vs. UPS

Which do you prefer and why??? I prefer Purolator because the last time I used UPS they delivered 3 days late. Then they didn't properly look for my house before going back to the city and calling me from there. Then they had the nerve to ask me to ask a shop keeper her ein toen if they could take my package for me GRRRRR I can't stand them but whats your take???
