There is no such mantra that can relieve you the stress and tension you are facing buddy. but then just remember that you are not the only one. whenever we are in the midst of a seemingly unending problem, we feel we have been targeted. but this isn't true.
whenever I have stressful situations, i cry. but then it depends from person to person, as in i get relieved after that. but some people might get more and more depressed after crying. maybe you can listen to some soothing classical songs, it hardly takes a few minutes. I'm sure u'll feel much etter after that.
and lastly, remember that nothing lasts forever. the solutions to your problems are on the way. keep petience. all the best!
