what do you want to do when you are annoyed and confused?

sometimes,I suddenly became an irritable person. Then I used to play games in my computer But one day I promised I would never play games, as I thought that wasted my time to much. so beginning from that time, I thought out another way intead it when that time come. it's 'listen to music', a better choice.
what do you want to do when you are annoyed and confused?

When I am annoyed and confused I end up thinking too much about it then, my hea will just ache all of the sudden.LOL. Then, I would just normally sleep it makes me forget things I am annoyed with.
