pc gets hanged all the time.help plz!!!!

hi...friends.
i have a friend of mine and her pc is a real big trouble.one cannot work for 5 mins continously on tht pc.it gets hanged all the time.can any one help me technically.i also formatted it,re-installed the operating system,but still the problem is the same.plz help me out.thanks.

you could try cleaning ur ram with a blower.
Dust can cause these type of problems, i had it once.
