Whenever i get stress, i will carry on reading books, listen to music or concentrate doing some craft items in order to bring down the stress.Say after doing any of the above for an hour or so, i know iam normal.
Instead of taking pills to bring down the stress, it is advisable to divert our mind on something which we like to keep ourselves fresh. What are the things you concentrate when you have stress? do you have follow any special remedy to keep away from stress?

I always either read or listen to music. I've found that by getting involved in someone else's life or story makes me forget about my own problems for a while and when I do think about them again, I have a much clearer perspective. I've also found that 10 to 15 minutes of exercise or even talking to a loved one can greatly reduce your stress level. Writing about the stress can be a big help as well. Just getting it out of you and on paper makes it seem a lot less significant and pressing.
