best way to increase the payment in my lot

what do u think one should do to increase payment in my lot. sometimes when i am not much into it it does increase compared to hours i work on it. how is it?

As you are already aware , quality of our posts
pays here . Quantity is not much important yet
it is required along with good quality .
Referral system on this site has a good potential
for high earnings . We get 25% of our referrals
earnings daily and they lose nothing ...

Dear ranikrishnan
Our earning depends on the quality .. the whole main concept is the quality.. We earn a lot for our quality responses and quality discussions. Because of quality we get{+} from other members and our friends. Also we should be very much descriptive when responding to discussions or starting new discussions .. We should not post just one or two lines .. because we get more earnings by adding more words and more lines .
