Do you still use public phone?

I am just curious how many people out there still use public phone. No offense yah. I didn't mean that it's not right or ashamed to use a public phone.
I remember when i was very young i use to find public phone and call my friends or call home. That was when mobile phone is not that popular and common yet.
If i am not wrong there is two types of public phone i use to call, which is i need to insert 10 cents coin, the more you insert the longer you call talk on phone and the phone card one. Come to think about it, i kind of miss the moment and the process man. Wherever, i go i can easily find one public phone, but now it is so hard to find one. Don't you think so? I not so sure about your country.;)

Yes I do, I used it when I'm not at home and have some emergency call to my house, or if I don't have a load on my cellphone because it's mmore cheaper to call on a public phone than using a cellphone to call.

Yes, I still use. And why not? They are meant to be used when you are outdoor and need to talk to someone.
I have a walky telephone (not a mobile cell) and it is wireless and it would funtion within 50 kms from the centre of the city. But I do not always carry it. And when I do not carry it and I have to talk to someone, then I use public telephone.

Here in India so many people use public phones.Many people in the low income group will have cell phones but only with a limited facility of receiving calls. Such people use public phones for making local calls.People visiting other cities use public phones to make local calls. Those who don't have cell phones alo use public phones. In India millions of people use public phones.

i don't use any public phone until i really need to call while iam travelling and i don't have a mobile or the mobile is out of credit or the mobile is not catching any signal
