The White Album: too good or too weird?

The ninth official album by The Beatles has many classics, like Back in the USSR and While My Guitar Gently Weeps, but also some "weird tracks", like Wild Honey Pie and Revolution 9. Is it pure art and innovation, or just craziness?It's considered by many as their best album, so let's discuss why.
