I totally agree with the one before me. There is no perfect plan for weight loss. It depends from the body and the individual weight. Of course, it is not healthy if you want to loose weight fast. It is impossible to loose more than 10 kilos without risk for a month. Don't hope very much.

Your body uses food for energy. It stores any excess energy as fat. This means if you eat more food than your body needs for daily activities and cell maintenance, you will gain weight. To lose weight, you need to get your body to use up these stores of fat. The most effective way to do this is to: reduce the amount of calories you eat and increase your levels of activity. You should think of weight loss in terms of permanently changing your eating habits. While weight-loss goals are usually set in term of weeks, the end game is to sustain these changes over months and years.

Diet - Decide on what you want to achieve and how you want to achieve it and stick to the plan!
There is no perfect plan to lose weight quickly aside from going on silly diets with pills and the like. You cannot possibly lose 12 kgs safely in one month, that is just silly talk. Eat sensibly and exercise every day for 30-60 minutes at least, drink lots of water and your weight will easily come off. When I say eat sensibly I mean cut out all the fatty things from your diet, stick to a 1000 calories per day at the absolute max and eat lots of salad and fresh vegetables, avoiding oily stuff. Stay away from cakes, crisps, chocolates, biscuits, fruit juices, chips, burgers, etc. Stick to water or diet drinks if you need a sweet drink. You can lose a few kilos in a month if you stick to a regime but anyone that tells you losing 12 kilos in one month is easy or even advisable is misleading you. Here are some sites which will hopefully give you some good advice: http://www.weight-dieting.org/http://www.anysubject.com/weight-loss-program-free-weight-loss-tips-free-weight-loss-information-plan.asp http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/weight_loss/weight_loss_tips.htm http://info.cancerresearchuk.org/healthyliving/reducetherisk/campaignmessages/tentoptips/ Good luck!
