My friends tell me that carrot is good for your eyes. they made a juice from the carrots. but i didn't like it. Do you like carrots? How do you eat them? do you cook it?

They do say that carrots are good for the eyes and I havent the foggiest why. I wonder if someone has the reason for that statement anywhere. I like carrot and tomato juice if I put some worcester sauce in and mix it. Great! Have a nice day from Deeeky.

Raw, cooked, in salad, carrots are good, healthy, good sweet taste, also good for the skin, full of ant-oxident and vitamins C essentially. Good in the summer they last your tan longer such as apricot.
