calling these bill people to the carpet. I am happy to report that they are refunding the amounts back to my bank account.. It took alot of effort but if any of you find any charges that you didnt know about on your bills.....stay on them... It is worth it....

I am glad to hear you got these charges refunded. I spent the day on the phone with the tax man. He garnished my disability check by mistake. The lady handling my case wouldn't admit she made a mistake. I had to phone another office and then talk to her boss to finally straigten it out. I was on the phone from 7:30 this morning until 2:30 this afternoon.

I was really upset because I had to take off to work to do it. Then it took so many hours of being shuffled between rude staff and ridiculous repeats....now they have finaly decided to do whats right???? Why it takes the act of congress, its a shame....why cant they just do that in the first place?

Good for you. I am a firm believer that persistance always pays off. Companies are just so used to people who complain and then drop it that they dont know how to handle a real thrifty shopper. Good for you.

Glad to hear that. You gotta watch them like a hawk, otherwise they will try to take full advantage of you. It is a shame that businesses use these tactics to steal more money by charging for services never authorized. They should be penalized by having to pay back DOUBLE the overcharges.

Oh yes, I have had to do this several times in my life. Infact, I threaten to email or call the BBB if they do not do what I ask them to do.
